Singlife ClaimConnect: A Hassle-Free Insurance Claims Submission Solution
Singlife ClaimConnect is an Android app developed by Aviva Asia Pte Ltd that provides insured employees of Singlife Singapore's corporate plans with an easy and hassle-free way to submit their insurance claims on-the-go. The app aims to eliminate paperwork and save users time and effort by allowing them to snap a picture and submit necessary receipts and documents electronically.
In addition to claims submission, the app also features an in-app messaging center that keeps users updated on their claims status. It also includes financial tools to help users estimate their financial commitments related to hospitalization, treatments, and surgery fees. Users can manage their finances and claims more effectively by checking their balance entitlement and viewing details of their company coverage. The app also allows users to locate the nearest panel clinic and retrieve their medical e-card.
To use the app, users must have an Android mobile device with an inbuilt camera and a WiFi or 3G/4G data connection. However, only Singlife Singapore's group insurance and MyShield/MyHealthPlus customers are able to register and use the app.
